We offer low shipping rates but in some cases we can save you even more money. Feel free to call or send us a message with your bike order and we'll research our best shipping price.

General Shipping Info

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days and we estimate that packages will arrive within 5-7 days. We ship via USPS and FedEx. We will send you a tracking number once it is available to us. We do not require a signature for shipments. If you would like to request a signature please specify in the special instructions section before checkout. Once packages are delivered to the specified address, Newport Cruisers is no longer responsible if they are lost or stolen. 

 

In-Store Pickup Only for Electra Bikes

Electra does not allow customers to order bikes online for shipping. They do this to ensure the safety of their product and to protect their local dealers. If you do not have an Electra dealer near you we may be able to help.

1. Find a bike shop close to you
2. See if they'll accept a shipment and assemble
3. Contact Newport Cruisers and we'll see if we can help

In-Store-Pick Up

In-Store pick up is always Free. In fact, we're located just a few steps from the ocean and bike path which makes us a great place to buy your cruiser and hit the boardwalk for a day of fun. Just select In-Store Pick Up as your shipping option and we'll contact you to let you know when your bike is ready.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to areas of Orange County, Seal Beach and Long Beach. In some cases we'll even deliver a bike on our way home.The price depends on the distance and amount of bikes purchased.  Feel free to give us a call or send a message for a delivery quote.
